To teach ... is to learn

Well, These teachers, professors are a blessing to me! Mrs. Denegate was my elementary school teacher she believed that i could show people that i was able to learn like the rest of my classmates. Mrs. Carter knew that i was a strong indivual who was incredibly smart. Mr. Ramos & Ms. reddick ... well thanks to them i was able to stablize my fears about mathematics growing up i had a fear of math... I HATED it ,yet i have refrain from saying i hate math; i use the word DISLIKE , but now in math tutoring i have grown to like math ;occassionly, i enjoy working out problems. In which has helped me to conquer my fears of math ( i think i have drastically improved).Lasst,but Definately not least where do i begin about Mrs.Cueto, i knew i was a GOOD writer,i sometimes have grammatical errors writing is my strongest point.Mrs.Cueto was my Writing College prep Professor (I don't she knows how she has shaped me into a writer). Although i am out of College prep their is a message she gave the class "When we write we must put emotion into our writing." (Well Mrs. Cueto thanks to you i have become aware of my errors). thanks to her generosity , wonderful advice about writing i get inspired. my poetry that i write as a hobby has become more than what i could imagine ( thanks to Mrs.Cueto & reflections magazine) i am able to witness first- hand how inspirational my poetry can relate to one's life. Everyday a stranger approaches me and says "yasmin, your poetry is beautiful, i can relate to this poem ,or i loved that poem." i'm humbled by responses;therefore,believe it ,or not i love to write and express myself through poetry and essay ,But thanks to Mrs.Cueto ,i couldn't have it without you ( you are my mentor ). Thank you for your advice you have impacted my life in a way you could not imagine.
